For the past 15 years, I have been riding the weight rollercoaster ride. Some years the ride is high and some years it is low, I never know what may be around the bend. No matter what I try, nothing seems to have a permanent solution; and to think that when I was young, it was a very different story! Sometimes, I think I was meant for me to be a full-figured woman but there are times when I just want to be “average”. If average even exists! With so advertisement on thin women, I guess I am insecure.
At this point in my life, I need a change. So far I am in good health but I don’t want to push it to the limit. I have been fortunate enough to be in good health and I want to keep it that way. I am glad that I have the support of my loving husband who has lost 70 pounds and has maintained his weight and the additional support of my kids.
With that said, thank you Wendy, Carl, Jack, Ronald and the King of course for making my previous rollercoaster ride a blast but now that fun is over! I am moving on from big rollercoaster’s like Goliath to Its a Small World After All!
